Viewing Images in Outlook/Exchange

By default, Outlook does not display images in messages from new senders. When you first receive an email from OrangeAccess, you may see an informational banner at the top:

โ€œClick here to download picturesโ€ฆโ€

To ensure emails display correctly in the future:

  1. Click Download Pictures.

  2. Select Add Sender to Safe Senders List.

โœ… Tip: Adding orangeaccess@syr.edu to your Safe Senders list not only displays images automatically but also helps prevent OrangeAccess emails from being sent to Junk/Spam.
