    How to Request a New Application to Be Added

    If your department or unit needs a new application integrated into OrangeAccess (OA) for access requests and approvals, submit a request using the New Application Request Form.


    Step 1: Submit the Request

    1. Open the Jira form: [New Application Request Form] (link to your Jira form).

    2. Fill in all required fields.

    3. Submit the form. The request will be created in the iamprj Jira queue and assigned to the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team.

    Step 2: Review by IAM Team

    • The IAM team will review the submitted details.

    • They may contact you for additional information or clarification.

    • You will receive Jira updates as the request moves through the workflow.


    Step 3: Implementation

    • If approved, the IAM team will schedule the onboarding of the application into OrangeAccess.

    • You will be notified when the application is live and available in OA.


    ✅ Tip: Submitting complete information in the form will help us process your request more quickly.
