Certifications (Coming Soon)

Certifications are a key part of OrangeAccess and will be introduced in Summer 2026.

A certification is a periodic review of access. Managers and application/data owners will be asked to review the access of the people they are responsible for and confirm whether that access is still needed.

Why Certifications Matter

• Security – Helps ensure people only keep the access they need.

• Compliance – Meets audit and policy requirements for regular access reviews.

• Accuracy – Cleans up outdated access when someone changes roles or responsibilities.

What to Expect in 2026

• Managers will receive a list of their employees and their access.

• Application/data owners will receive a list of access tied to their systems.

• For each item, reviewers will choose to:

  • Certify – Access is still needed.

  • Revoke – Access should be removed.

• OrangeAccess will then update access automatically based on the reviewer’s decisions.
