Several iPad Pro devices are available for checkout by Architecture students from the IT office (Slocum 001).

How to use an iPad Pro for LiDAR scanning

• Start the SiteScape app.

• Adjust settings including Point Density, Point Size, and Range.
  Setting Range to Close may help reduce background intrusion.

• After scanning is complete, export your objects either singly or in batches to the E57 point cloud format, which can be opened, imported, and inserted by Rhino 3D.
