Institutional Licenses For Faculty/Staff: ITS currently licenses all active faculty, staff and students for Microsoft 365, including Windows. ITS also licenses the Core Server Platform which provides licensing for unlimited instances of Windows Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server, Lync Server, Windows Server External Connector, Exchange Server External Connector, SharePoint Server for Internet Sites Standard, Lync Server Standard External Connector and Windows HPC Server. A variety of other products may also be licensed for specific school, college or department use. Copilot license pricing and details are available on the ITS-Managed AI Tools webpage. Institutional purchases of Copilot licenses for faculty and staff should be requested by submitting a Copilot Access Request at https://myaccess.microsoft.com/ and providing the additional information requested.
