Faculty/Staff Home Use: Active faculty and staff licensed for Microsoft Office through the University can download Office products (does not include Operating Systems) on up to 5 devices through your Microsoft 365 account. Active faculty and staff may also be eligible to purchase an annual subscription for Microsoft 365 at a discount for use on personal devices. Availability
Institutional Licenses For Faculty/Staff: ITS currently licenses all active faculty, staff and students for Microsoft 365, including Windows. ITS also licenses the Core Server Platform which provides licensing for unlimited instances of Windows Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server, Lync Server, Windows Server External Connector, Exchange Server External Connector, SharePoint Server for Internet Sites Standard, Lync Server Standard External Connector and Windows HPC Server. A variety of other products may also be licensed for specific school, college or department use. Copilot license pricing and details are available on the ITS-Managed AI Tools webpage. Institutional purchases of Copilot licenses for faculty and staff should be requested by submitting a Copilot Access Request at https://myaccess.microsoft.com/ and providing the additional information requested. Requests for institutional purchases of all other additional products can be directed to your distributed staff personnel. A current listing can be found on the ITS Website.
