Product Use Rights

Terms of Use:  During the Term of the agreement, Licensee shall have the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install the Software on a network server, used only to install or run the Software on other computers owned or operated by Licensee over an internal network at the Authorized Site(s) for use by up to the permitted number of concurrent users.

Faculty/Staff Home Use: Active students, faculty, and staff can request free, annual home use licenses for installation on personally owned equipment through the Freedom Scientific Sponsored Software Program Portal with their SU provided email address.

Availability

Institutional Licenses For Faculty/Staff: ITS's limited license is intended to cover student need for use in ITS labs, but licensing may be extended for other purposes, if available, on request.  Departments interested in utilizing Fusion and sharing in the cost are encouraged to contact their distributed staff personnel for more information.
