Product Use Rights

Terms of Use:  If the Licensed software was obtained and is licensed for an educational purpose, the Licensed Software may only be used by individuals who are either a student or employee of an educational institution and the Licensed Software may only be used for the teaching or academic purposes of that institution.

Faculty/Staff Home Use: If the Licensed Software was obtained, and is licensed for, an educational purpose, the primary user of each computer on with the License Software is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a personal computer at home.

Availability

Institutional Licenses For Faculty/Staff: ITS maintains a multi seat license. License costs are shared by multiple departments. Licenses are limited to employees of participating departments. Departments interested in offering NVivo and sharing in the cost are encouraged to contact their distributed staff personnel for more information.
