Product Use Rights
Terms of Use: Customer may Deploy the quantity of Products and Services licensed for use by Faculty, Staff and Student Members in accordance with the license metric specified within the Products and Services Pricing Detail throughout its Enterprise. Customer may: (a) permit each licensed Faculty and Staff Member to activate a copy of the On-premise Software associated with the Product and Service on up to two Computers which may be accessed using a unique log-in identifier, (b) install a copy of the On-premise Software on any Enterprise-owned Computer located in computer labs and classrooms for use by Students, Faculty and Staff Members in performance of their job duties without the need for a unique log-in identifier.
Faculty/Staff Home Use: The primary user of the Enterprise-owned Computer on which the Product and Service is licensed may install a second copy of the Product and Service for his or her exclusive use on his or her personal computer, provided that the Product and Service on the personal computer is not used at the same time as the Product and Service on an Enterprise-owned computer. The second copy of the Product and Service must be used solely for the benefit and business of the University.
Availability
Institutional Licenses For Faculty/Staff: ITS currently licenses all active faculty and staff for Adobe Express and Adobe Acrobat. Institutional licenses for Adobe Sign and Creative Cloud are also available for faculty and staff as needed for University business purposes and may be requested by submitting an Adobe Sign Access Request or Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Faculty/Staff Named License Access Request at https://myaccess.microsoft.com/. Student Licenses: ITS currently licenses all active SU students for Adobe Express. Please see Adobe at Syracuse University for more information.
