    Product Use Rights

    Terms of Use:  Nuance grants a non-exclusive license, without the right to sub-license or otherwise transfer, to Licensee to install and use one (1) copy of the Software contained on the provided installation media on a single computer running a validly-licensed operating system. This license expressly prohibits the use of the Software Package on any portable machine or machine that is not licensed to the same Licensee. Licensee is permitted to create and use multiple Voice Profiles under this license.

    Faculty/Staff Home Use: Home use rights are not included.

    Institutional Licenses For Faculty/Staff: License costs are currently shared by multiple departments and are limited to employees of participating departments. Departments interested in offering Dragon and sharing in the cost are encouraged to contact their distributed staff personnel.
