Course Quota - Delete Unused Files

Course Quota - Delete Unused Files

To recover course quota space, you can delete unused files from your Blackboard course. These are files you've uploaded but that are not currently linked or displayed anywhere in your active course content. This tool helps you safely free up storage by removing these unused files without impacting any of the materials students are actively using.

Find and remove unused files from your course

  1. Select the ellipsis menu to the right of the magnifying glass in your content area.

  2. From the drop down menu, select Unused Files.
