    Clearing Browser History and Cache in Google Chrome

    To clear the browser history (including cookies and cache) in Google Chrome, use the methods below.  Note that if you're signed in to Chrome into multiple computers or devices, deleting your browser history may take effect on all the other devices.

    Clear Browser History and Cache in Google Chrome Desktop

    Follow the steps below to clear the cache of your Chrome Browser.

    1. Close all open Chrome windows and tabs. Open a new Chrome window.


    2. Click the Menu button in the top right. 


    3. Select the 'Delete browsing data…' option.

    4. On the Basic tab that populates, click the drop down and select 'All time'. Be sure to leave the options selected. Now, click the Advanced tab.

    5. On the Advanced tab, click the drop down and select 'All time'. Leave the options selected and also select 'Passwords and other sign-in data'.

    6. Now click the "Delete data" button. 

      You have now cleared the cache of your Chrome browser! We recommend closing and restarting the program. 



    Clear Browser History and Cache on iOS

    Follow the steps below to clear the cache of your Chrome app. Note that your screen may look slightly different depending on phone configuration, settings, and iOS version.  

    1. Open you Chrome app and select the Chrome menu. Next, select "Delete Browsing Data".

    2. In the "Delete Browsing Data" window, be sure your Time Range is set to "All Time", and then click "Delete data".

      You have now cleared the cache of your Chrome iOS app! We recommend closing and restarting the app. 

     


    Clear Browser History and Cache on Android

    Follow the steps below to clear the cache of your Chrome app. Note that your screen may look slightly different depending on phone configuration, settings, and Android version. 

    1. Select the Chrome menu


    2. Select the menu button on the phone


    3. Select "Delete browsing data”

    4. In the "Delete Browsing Data" window, be sure your Time Range is set to "All Time".

    5. Select the "Delete data" button

      You have now cleared the cache of your Chrome Android app! We recommend closing and restarting the app.
