    How to Open PowerPoint as PDF

    1. Navigate to the file in File Explorer.

    2. Right-click on the file

    3.  Click on the Convert to Adobe PDF

    4. You will be asked to sign in to Adobe. Please use full syr email.

    5. Once PDF is open you can press Ctrl + L to full screen the PDF.

    6. The arrows and the mouse clicks will work similarly to Power Point.
