    How to print to a xerox machine using “secure print”



    1)Select the printer you want to print from. Make sure it’s a xerox printer. once selected click on print properties.







    2) Click the dropdown menu arrow and select “secure print”



    3) You will be prompted to make a passcode. Enter a passcode, you will have to confirm the passcode a 2nd time.







    4) Hit ok and select print. The job will be sent to the printer but will not print until you enter your passcode you created on the pc. The print job will be stored in “Secure print jobs”. Once you enter your passcode hit “release all”.
