Request software installation

This page refers to the standard suite of software applications which are installed and managed by IT staff. To request the installation of any non-standard applications, please submit a ticket.

 

  1. Login to https://myaccess.microsoft.com

  2. Choose “Access packages” on the left side

  3. Click “Request” on the application(s) you’d like to install, and then choose “Request for myself” on the next screen. By default, you should request at least the following depending on your needs:

    1. App-7zip

    2. App-Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop NUL

    3. App-Zoom SU Meeting Client (*Note - do not request this version if you need to use the 2U implementation of Zoom)

  1. On your Windows 11 computer, run a "sync" using the Company Portal app to start the install process. You can also verify the installation status in the same app.
