    Company Portal app

    The Company Portal app allows users to view the status of your device(s) and applications assigned to you through SU’s management system. The app is installed by default and can be opened via a Start Menu search as shown below.

    Company Portal Functions

     

    Sync

    The “Sync” option is used to manually start any pending actions, such as the installation of requested software. To initiate a sync:

    1. Open the Company Portal app and go to “Settings” in the lower-left.

    2. Click “Sync” in the Settings window.

    View application install status

    Go to “Downloads & updates” in the left nav pane to view the status of applications that are installed (or are currently installing).
