  3. Enter your "netid@syr.edu" email address. To verify eligibility.

  4. Enter your "netid@syr.edu" email address again and complete the registration form.

    1. You will be required to verify your email address during this process.

  5. If you are not redirected back, you can log in to the IBM SkillsBuild page and begin accessing IBM software and services.
