    Deleting Printers

    Mar 31, 2025

    1. Open System Settings or System Preferences (the name depends on what OS your computer is running) and find Printers & Scanners at the bottom of the menu on the left side.

            2. Find ANY printer that has AS-PRQ-01 at the beginning of the name and click on it. Hint: You can delete all the AS printers if you'd prefer and are unsure which is on the old or new server.

            3. Click Remove Printer... from the bottom of this window.

            4. On the next window, click Remove Printer again. This dialog box will close and bring you back to the Printers & Scanners menu.

Once your printers are removed you can follow instructions to add AS-PRQ printers from Self Service found here Add Copiers via Self Service
