Renewing Software Application Access

Certain software apps on our school computers such as Zoom, OnBase, Rhino, Claude and Adobe Creative Cloud need to be ‘renewed’ yearly. You may receive emails similar to this:

Renewing an app involves going to https://myaccess.microsoft.com and clicking ‘Access packages’ on the left.

Find the app and look for the ‘Extend’ link off to the right. You can leave Business Justification blank in some cases.

After renewing an app, a refresh of the page should show a new expiration date.
