    Licensed Software

    Jul 05, 2020

Central ITS has licensed various products for use by currently employed faculty and staff members. Visit ITS Software Licenses to see the list. Licenses may be site-wide license and available while many are individually licensed and will incur an additional an expense to procure a seat.

Remote installation is the preferred distribution method for all Windows and Mac computers managed by Architecture IT Services.  All that is required is the computer name via a ticket to archit@syr.edu. Once provided, the software can be installed immediately or at any time convenient for the user.  Mac installations may require extra steps.
