Room setup
Room 402 has three 85” wall-mounted TVs, ceiling mounted speakers, wireless and ceiling mics, webcam, and a teaching station with computer.
The teaching station can be rolled in front of the wall-mounted TVs to make presenting easier.
Content can be displayed with very high width resolution (12288 x 2160).
Presenting from the teaching station computer
The three TVs are merged into a single desktop with a 12288 x 2160 resolution.
Build your content to this resolution to take advantage of the fully merged display.
Please do not disable the Eyefinity feature that merges the displays as this will cause problems for the next person using the space.
Presenting from a laptop
Content will display only on the first and third TVs. Individual TV resolution is 3840 x 2160.
Enable extended desktop on your laptop to see presentation notes.
Microphones & Webcam
Web conferencing and remote crits are supported.
A wireless lapel mic is in the teaching station drawer.
Two ceiling mounted bar mics are suspended in the center of the room.
A camera is mounted above the middle TV for web conferencing.
