    Archiving Content in Answers
    Updated Jun 05, 2024

      Archiving Content in Answers

Answers now includes native archiving functionality for content. Archiving content removes it from the Space’s page tree and removes the content from the Quick Search. The content can still be searched through the Advanced Search. Archived pages also have their own management section in the Space Settings, listing all content that has been archived in the space, as well as providing actionable items for the archived content such as adding notes as to why it was archived, restoring, or removing the content.

Only Space Editors can archive content.

To archive a content object, select the Page Action menu on the page you want to archive, then select Archive.

See the following vendor documentation for additional information on archiving content in Answers: Archive content items | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support
