    Major/Minor Declaration

    Apr 11, 2023

    Major/Minor Declaration petitions process:

o   If a student says they are interested in declaring a major or minor, try to have the DUG meet with them on the spot per chair’s policy:

§  If they aren't available, Prof. Schiff is first back up, followed by Prof. Catterall and last Prof. Hubisz. Goal is to never let a potentially interested student leave without speaking to someone.

Major/Minor declaration forms are now in the student's MySlice under eForms (for Arts & Science students only)

    Major declaration form

    Minor declaration form

Sign for the DUG and send form to the student's home college for approval.
