Manage other mailboxes and calendar items quickly via the web.

If you do not know the email address, ask the person who granted you permission.

Access mailbox from your account

Sign in to your email via SUMail.
Click on your initial on the top right corner.
Click Open another mailbox.
Type in the email you have access to and click open.

Access calendar from your account

Sign in to your email via SUMail.

Switch to calendar view.

Click on your initial on the top right corner.

Click Open another mailbox.

Click on Add calendar.

Click on Add from directory.

Type in the email you have access to and click open.

Add to your preferred group.

Direct access to mailbox

Open your preferred web browser, and enter the URL https://outlook.office365.com/mail/<proxy_account_email_address>, replacing <proxy_account_email_address> with the email address of the shared/proxy mailbox.
For example: https://outlook.office365.com/mail/example@syr.edu.
Sign in with your own SU credentials.
Please prepare to verify with multifactor authentication.

Direct access to calendar

Open your preferred web browser, and enter the URL https://outlook.office365.com/calendar/<proxy_account_email_address>, replacing <proxy_account_email_address> with the email address of the shared/proxy mailbox.
For example: https://outlook.office365.com/calendar/example@syr.edu.
Sign in with your own SU credentials.
