      What is Orange Tracker (OT)?

      Orange Tracker is our main online help desk service for the School of Archtecture and SU. Faculty, staff or students can submit a help desk ‘ticket’ about any concern or issue that they may have. 

      How to submit a help desk ticket?

      You can create a ticket and keep track of your request via the website or email your requests to archit@syr.edu.
