    CAMPUS SERVICES

    24-Hour Crisis Services

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, seeking support for sexual assault or relationship violence, or needing medical consultation, you can receive free confidential services 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 315.443.8000.

    TELUS HEALTH

TELUS Health - Mental Health Support

SUDC has contracted with TELUS Health to provide access to mental health support services for students studying in DC. Newhouse and Maxwell students now have access to the THSS (TELUS Health Student Support) app, which you can download using the QR code below.

Once you download the app, which works on Apple, Google, and Android phones, you choose your school, Syracuse University, and then choose either Newhouse or Maxwell. Then, create an account.

You have 24/7 access to real-time support either immediately in an emergency or by setting up an appointment with a counselor. THSS is not just a crisis support line. You can get help with issues such as anxiety, stress, relationships with friends/family, and adapting to a new environment. There are links to SU campus services as well.
