How to Reset Maximo App on the IPAD
If you are not logged into the Maximo app.
Click the settings gear icon in the upper right of the screen.
Select “Reset App” by clicking the carrot icon to the right of the screen.
Click the red “reset app” button.
If you are logged into the Maximo app.
Navigate to the home screen of tiles and select the settings tile.
Click the “App Reset” button.
Click the “reset app” button.
