FAQs
What if I get the red exclamation point next to the cloud? STOP. Need to click on the cloud and see what's wrong. Transactions are not processing.
What if I get the "White Screen"? Click on the navigator, click on the Assets tile, go back to My Schedule. If this doesn't work, close the app and reopen.
What if I get the message that I'm working offline? That's ok, once you are back in range of Wi-Fi the transactions will upload to the system.
Will I get notified when a work order is added to my queue? Yes, normally there will be a notification. This is currently off in the training environment.

Create a Work Log using voice

Take a look at the time entered on the work order from today

Find the work order you just assigned to yourself and Report Work to complete the work order. Add regular hours for time worked.
