FAQs

  • What if I get the red exclamation point next to the cloud?  STOP.  Need to click on the cloud and see what's wrong.  Transactions are not processing.

  • What if I get the "White Screen"?  Click on the navigator, click on the Assets tile, go back to My Schedule.  If this doesn't work, close the app and reopen.

  • What if I get the message that I'm working offline?  That's ok, once you are back in range of Wi-Fi the transactions will upload to the system.

  • Will I get notified when a work order is added to my queue?  Yes, normally there will be a notification.  This is currently off in the training environment.



Day 1

  • Microsoft Authenticator

  • IBM Maximo App

    • Navigator

    • Data update page

      • Errors

      • Expired login

    • Notifications

    • Working offline

    • My Schedule

    • Work Assigned to Me

    • Select a work order, at least 3 should be assigned to you

    • Review the request

    • Add an attachment

    • Report Work

    • Create a Work Log using voice

    • Create another Work Log by typing

    • Complete Assignment

    • Add 8 hours for the day, regular hours

    • Back to Work Assigned to Me

    • Check for updates

  • Green Sheets, if time permits

    • Take a look at the time entered on the work order from today

Day 2

  • IBM Maximo App

    • Navigator

    • My Schedule

    • Work Assigned to my Shop

    • Check for updates

    • Select a work order

    • Report Work

    • Assign to Self

    • Create a Work Log

    • Back to Work Assigned to Me

    • Check for Updates

    • Find the work order you just assigned to yourself and Report Work to complete the work order.  Add regular hours for time worked.

    • Navigator

    • Create a Work Order

    • Assign to Self

    • Report Work

    • Add a Work Log

    • Complete the assignment and add OT hours for the hours worked

    • Create another Work Order

    • Assign to another shop

    • Back to Work Orders Assigned to My Shop

    • Check for Updates

  • Green Sheets

    • Add a vacation day

    • Add driving pay

    • Add a meal ticket

    • Add leader pay

    • Fix hours on a work order

    • "Add to 8"



Day 3

  • IBM Maximo App

    • Navigator

    • My Schedule

    • Work Assigned to my Shop

    • Check for updates

    • Select a work order

    • Report Work

    • Assign to Self

    • Create a Work Log

    • Back to Work Assigned to Me

    • Check for Updates

    • Select the work order

    • Change to Waiting on Materials

    • Back to work orders assigned to me

    • Check for updates

    • Select another work order

    • Scan an asset tag to add a piece of equipment

    • Report Work

    • Add materials used from inventory

    • Add time for a job not completed, overtime or doubletime

    • Add another shop to this work order

    • Review the asset information available

  • Green Sheets

    • Review time entered from work orders today

    • Add time for a shop unassigned time

    • Add refused overtime
