Accessing Atlassian Analytics

    • Users with licenses to either Answers or Orange Tracker have access to view dashboards and reports in Atlassian Analytics.

    Due to the current licensing structure, only users with an Answers license can create dashboards and reports in Atlassian Analytics. If you would like to create reports and are only licensed in Orange Tracker, feel free to request an Answers license via MyAccess.

    To access Atlassian Analytics:

    1. Navigate to any Atlassian application (Answers or Orange Tracker) and login

    2. Select the product switcher from the top-left (four boxes)

    3. Verify that the “Syracuse University” site is selected

    4. Towards the bottom of the list, select Analytics
