Go to the Statuspage link above, select Subscribe to updates and enter your email.

In an email update received from Statuspage, select Manage subscription.

Yes - when subscribing, a screen will display asking which components you would like to subscribe to, defaulting to all. After subscribing, from an email received from Statuspage, select Manage Subscription to modify your component subscriptions.
