In order to send updates from the University Statuspage to MS Teams, an MS Workflow in MS Teams needs to be setup with the “Send Webhook Alerts to a Channel” template. Once that is created and a webhook URL is available, reach out to the CDI Applications team with the webhook URL to finish the setup. By default all alerts are included, however if granularity is required (certain components, maintenances, incidents) it can be configured.
