Tips & FAQ

Accessing the in-app help

  1. In the Outlook app, tap the 

     Menu button.

  2. Tap the 

    Settings button.

  3. Tap Help & Feedback.

  4. Tap FAQs.

  5. Select the topic you want to explore.

Turning off the Focused Inbox

  1. In the Outlook app, tap the 

     Menu button.

  2. Tap the 

    Settings button.

  3. Toggle Focused Inbox off.

  4. If you don't want your email grouped by subject, toggle Organize mail by thread off.

Sync Contacts on iOS

  1. Tap the 

    Menu button.

  2. Tap the 

    Settings button.

  3. Tap your Exchange account under Accounts.

  4. Toggle Save Contacts on.

Duplicate Notifications and Contacts

If you are receiving duplicate email or calendar notifications or have duplicates in your device's contact list, make sure you are not syncing your Exchange account using another app on your device.
