Headspace

Free Headspace premium membership is available to Syracuse University students on a first-come, first-served basis and provides the opportunity to grow availability. Through science-backed meditation and mindfulness tools, Headspace helps you create life-changing habits to support your mental health and find a happier, healthier you. Highlights include the following:
