SOE Faculty and Staff - We have copiers on all floors of Huntington Hall. Each copier has two print ques ( B&W and Color). SOEIT works with you to install the copiers on your SU managed computer. SOEIT typically installs multiple copiers so you have a backup option or for convenience to where you may be working or meeting.

HELP & SUPPORT
In SOE, the support of copiers is shared amongst Dean’s office staff, SOE IT, and Usherwood. To help streamline this support and work towards less printing interruptions for you, please use the soehelp@syr.edu email address to quickly report any issues you are having printing, copying or scanning. Printing involves many interconnected factors—the file itself, your computer's settings, network connection, and the copier.
Please provide as much detail about your issue. It doesn't matter if you believe someone else is having a problem and they have reported it; there are many factors on why it is helpful for us to know about all issues. The first step in resolution is receiving the report with details.
Details to include:
What copier queue (name BW/Color)?
Is the copier jammed? Did you remove?
Are you receiving an error on your computer or printout at copier?
What application are you printing from?
Are you connected to the VPN and JAMF connect?
