Workflow & Integration Usage by School/College

Below is a table of current workflow implementation and usage by school/college. Questions about what these statuses mean for you as a faculty member should be directed to your department chair or dean’s office.

in Use A green “In Use” status indicates that a workflow process has already been implemented during a prior academic year and is currently in use.

AY 25-26 A yellow “AY 25-26” status indicates that a workflow process is being newly implemented for the 2025-2026 academic year.

AY 26-27 A blue “AY 26-27” status indicates that a workflow process will be newly implemented for the 2026-2027 academic year. Preparation work will begin during the 2025-2026 academic year.

n/a A grey “N/A” status indicates that this workflow process is not currently applicable to a school/college.
