Archived Requests in Orange Tracker
Updated Mar 27

    Archived Requests in Orange Tracker

  • In progress
  • The Archived Issues button is missing in most projects due to a bug, use the URL instead.

Native request archiving functionality is built into our current variant of Jira Service Management. Archiving a request removes it from all searches, filters, dashboards, and from the customer’s portal view. An archived request is only accessible via a direct link to the request, or by selecting the Archived Issues button in the bottom left of the project sidebar. It can also be accessed via the following URL: https://su-jsm.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/{projectKey}/issues/archive
