History
Max Pro evolved from MaxQ, an effort to provide professional and personal development opportunities for all Maxwell staff. Each year, the Max Pro Planning Committee creates a full day of programming designed to create a stronger community, engage with relevant topics concerning personal growth, and educate staff on skills and resources to improve our careers.
