Certified Browsers to use applications in MySlice
Syracuse University deploys and uses enterprise-wide applications supported by vendors such as Oracle. As part of their support structure, these vendors agree to "officially support" specific versions of operating systems and web browsers, dependent upon the version/release of the enterprise software in use. Oftentimes users of these systems and services see no adverse effects when using other versions of operating systems and browsers. Highlighted below are the officially supported operating systems and browsers for the versions of the systems currently run at the University. If you have any difficulty completing functions or services within these systems, refer to this list, or contact our Service Center at 315-443-2677 or help@syr.edu.
