Product Use Rights
Terms of Use: During the Term of the agreement, Licensee shall have the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install the Software on a network server, used only to install or run the Software on other computers owned or operated by Licensee over an internal network at the Authorized Site(s) for use by up to the permitted number of concurrent users.
Faculty/Staff Home Use: Employees of the University may purchase home use licenses at a discounted price. Employees should contact their DSP to obtain information about available products, home use pricing and how to order.
Availability
Institutional Licenses For Faculty/Staff: ITS's limited license is intended to cover student need for use in ITS labs, but licensing may be extended for other purposes, if available, on request. Departments interested in utilizing JAWS and sharing in the cost are encouraged to contact their distributed staff personnel for more information.
Student Licenses: Students licenses are not available for JAWS.
