If you need to select a different persona, choose the avatar icon at the top right corner of the app. Then click on the My Persona bar to switch to a different persona.

titleHow can I sign out of services?

Select the User icon at the top of the screen and select Signed in to Services

Next, select the service you want to sign out of. Your options will be Syracuse NetID or Blackboard.

The app will sign you out and send you back to the main page. You’ll also see a message stating you have been signed out of the service you selected.

titleHow do I reset the app?

The OrangeNow app has a feature to reset the app. This option is for clearing issues within the app.

  • Open the OrangeNow app

  • Click on the avatar icon at the top right corner

  • Select Settings

  • Find and select the Reset this app button

  • You’ll get a pop-up to confirm, and click OK to reset

This will restart the app and you will need to select a persona/experience.
