Our Walk In Center, located at 1-227 CST in the Life Sciences Complex, offers IT related support to any individual with an SUID #. This includes both current and previous students as well as alumni.
Are you a faculty or staff member? We may still be are able to help in most cases, but know that we are not the administrators of your account . We and our assistance may be limited. Staff and faculty are also unable to leave their computer with student consultants. For this reason we encourage you to consult your department specific IT personnel for support with your devices. If you do decide to stop in for support, we will do our best to assist you and point in to the correct personnel when necessary.
The ITS Walk In Center currently supports computers with Apple OSX 1.6 or newer and Windows Vista or Newer.
What Can I Get Help With
All cellphones, tablets and gaming systems are welcome.

Users who use alternative operating systems, such as Ubuntu, can still stop in for support, however our alternative operating systems are not supported on campus and results will vary on a case by case basis. You are encouraged to stop in during our full time staff hours Mon-Thu 9a-5p and Fridays 9a-3p est. |

Hardware Related Issues
The ITS Walk In Center does not provide hardware related repairs. Depending on the condition of your Mac, we may be able to determine if your symptoms are related to a hardware issue. If you suspect a hardware failure
