Billing Information
Please note the following regarding information that may appear on your monthly telecommunications bill:
There is a one time activation fee associated with new Ethernet connections. See Installation & Pricing below.
Once connected, there are no monthly charges for standard Ethernet connections.
There may be charges related to specialty circuits (fiber connections).

In order to place a request for service, please complete our online Request for Service form.
If you are unsure of what your department needs, we will be happy to perform a site survey.
Installation requests and site surveys are usually scheduled within 3-5 business days.
