Usherwood Copiers - Installation

The new mailroom copiers are fully operational and ready for use. These copiers can print in both color and black-and-white. In the coming weeks, the HP printers will be removed, and the new copiers will become the primary devices for the mailrooms. Below are some instructions to keep in mind:

 

For Windows users:

  1. Restart your computer to install the new drivers for the copier.

 

For Mac users:

  1. Open the “Syracuse University - Self Service” application from your Applications folder.

  1. Log in using your NetID and password.

  1. Locate “Printers” on the left side of the screen.

  1. Select install or re-install on the desired mailroom copier. The old mailroom copier will be removed, and the new one will be installed automatically.
