Student Adobe Creative Cloud License Activation

The university has made some recent changes to provisioning Adobe Creative Cloud licensing for schools that provide it such as Newhouse.

Please go to the following link (https://myaccess.microsoft.com/@sumailsyr.onmicrosoft.com#/access-packages ) to look for the "App-Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Student Named License" and choose the "Request" link on the far right: My Access

You should receive an email confirming you’ve received access which then allows you to authenticate using your SU email address after you sign out of Adobe and sign back in.

Access is good for 120 days so you will need to do this again after every semester including summer until graduation. Let us know if this resolves your issue and restores your Adobe licensing.

You may also need to clear your browser cache and logout of Adobe Creative Cloud and sign back in.
