The Newhouse LA  program is dedicated to student health and wellness by providing Los Angeles area based resources to aid in personal growth and academic success for students in times of  problem resolution and coping with daily challenges.

SULA students have access to Telus Health while participating in a semester in Los Angeles.  Telus Health,  provided by Lifeworks, connects students with a free, confidential emotional health and well-being support conveniently available 24/7 via app, telephone and web. Free Headspace premium membership is available to Syracuse University students on a first-come, first-served basis and provides the opportunity to grow availability. Through science-backed meditation and mindfulness tools, Headspace helps you create life-changing habits to support your mental health and find a happier, healthier you. Highlights include the following:
