Computer speakers
Conference Phone
HD Projector
Mounted on the ceiling towards the back of the room.
Can be accessed via the Media Controller with Power On, Power Off and Video Mute buttons (stops displaying content on the Projection Screen).
Projection screen (retractable)
Located in front of the room, the screen can be controlled with an up/down switch located on the wall behind the Podium/Teaching Station, labeled Projector Screen.
HDMI
HDMI cable can be found at the Podium/Teaching Station to connect personal devices to the HD Projector.
An HDMI input button can be found on the touch panel to activate it.
USB-C
USB-C cable can be found at the Podium/Teaching Station to connect personal devices to the HD Projector.
A USB-C input button can be found on the touch panel to activate it.
Document Camera
A Document Camera (Doc Cam) can be found at the Podium/Teaching Station to show physical objects on screen to the classroom and/or virtually.
A Doc Cam input button can be found on the touch panel to activate it.

Blu-ray Player
A DVD Player is available inside the Podium/Teaching Station towards the bottom right side. Select Blu-Ray from the Media Controller to access it.
Once clicked, Controls are on the touch panel.
Video Conferencing Options
To access any video conferencing screen sharing, click on the Conference Mode button on the touch panel. Here you can find HDMI, Doc Cam, Apple TV and Camera options.
Extron Controller (Touch Panel)
Located on the Podium/Teaching Station, this is used to control the input of the devices available in the room.
Podium/Teaching station (non-movable)
Located in front of the room, the non-movable Podium/Teaching Station contains the Presenter PC, Blu-Ray Player, a ports hub with HDMI cable and USB-C cable. The Media Controller is also located here, along with a microphone and a document light.
Microphone (podium/teaching station, lapel)
A microphone is located on the podium/teaching station
When On, Microphone color will glow green. If muted, the color band will turn red.
Lapel Microphone
Location
The lapel microphone is located inside the left side drawer at the podium/teaching station.
How to Turn On/Off
Open the hinged door on the front by pressing the two buttons on either side of the Lav mic
Hold down the On-Off button for a few seconds to turn it on and off.
Remember to turn the lapel microphone off to preserve batteries.
Replacement batteries should be located inside the left hand drawer of the Podium/Teaching Station.
Microphone volumes can be adjusted via the Media Controller panel under Volume.

Wireless Keyboard and Mouse
A wireless keyboard and mouse are located inside the Podium/Teaching Station towards the bottom.
Keyboard ON: Green Notifier on Left
Keyboard OFF: Red Notifier on Right
Mouse ON: Slider to the Right
Mouse OFF: Slider to the left
Remember to switch both devices off to preserve battery.
No setup is necessary. If either device does not respond, try replacing the battery (spare batteries should be available inside the Podium/Teaching Station).
Presenter PC
A Windows PC is available inside the Podium/Teaching Station towards the bottom-left. Select PC from the Media Controller to access it.
You can log in using your NetID and password or via the Guest account.

Apple TV
An Apple TV is available to screenshare from your Apple device to the room. To Sync it, Select Apple TV from the touch panel on the Podium/Teaching Station.
Apple TV remote is found in the left drawer of the Podium/Teaching Station.

Video Conferencing Cameras
Located in several spots in this room are front and rear pan, tilt, zoom cameras. This classroom also provides a ceiling-mounted PZM microphone to capture general room audio. The cameras and ceiling microphone are connected to the local windows computer for use with web-based video applications.
Applications for these cameras are Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
