Located in the technology credenza is a Blu-Ray player. When selected as a source this player can play Blu-Ray and DVDs. There is also a VCR/DVD player in the credenza.
Located in the room are wall-mounted Speakers. These speakers project Playback and Public Address audio.
The following are included in the system:
Playback of audio from the selected source.
High definition projection system and an electric screen is mounted within the room. The projector will display the in-room Windows computer or the selected source at the touch panel.
Located in the room are ceiling speakers. These speakers project public address audio.
The following microphones are included:
1 Lavaliere Microphone, 1 Handheld, and a Podium Microphone to capture a presenter (located in teaching station drawer)
Ceiling-mounted PZM Microphone to capture general room audio
There is capacity for a combination of either 4 handheld or lapel microphones.
Accessibility Features incorporated in this room is an Assisted Listening System (ALS). The ALS transmits the audio being sent to the room's speakers to individual receivers. Receivers can be requested through The Center for Disability Resources.

In the front of the room is a CART monitor to the left the main display. This monitor will allow the user to view real time transcription, with the support of LEMP.

Located in this room are front and rear pan, tilt, zoom cameras. The cameras and ceiling microphone are connected to the local windows computer for use with web-based video applications including Zoom.
To the rear of the room is a confidence monitor. This monitor will allow the user to view the source that they have displayed on the projector/display, while facing the audience. You can control the confidence monitor at the touch panel at the teaching station.
Located in the teaching station is a micro Windows Computer. It runs off of the most updated version of Windows.
