Academic Event Support and Media Production

About Us

ITS Learning Environments and Media Production (LEMP) provides technical support for academic events on main campus as well as offers a top of the line studio for recording, editing and producing academic content. This fee-based support, includes a wide array of audio/visual services for faculty and staff. Please note that priority is given to academic based events and classes.  Consulting and referral services are also available for events that LEMP is unable to support. A/V Support for Live Events on CampusHave the LEMP team support technology at your next on-campus event! LEMP provides A/V support, CART connection, portable A/V systems, classroom video recording and additional services.

LEMP StudioWork with the LEMP team on the production of your online academic course content in our LEMP studio! LEMP also offers a mobile studio to film your content at an on-campus location.

Zoom Webinar RentalLEMP has access to a Zoom Webinar license, which can be reserved on a first come-first serve basis for "one-off" events. LEMP does NOT provide Zoom management services for hybrid events.
