    • Within the next 6 months, Answers will be implementing a role structure similar to that of Orange Tracker. The roles will be documented below.

    All users at Syracuse University have an Atlassian account in which they can log into Answers. A license is not required to view anonymous spaces and unrestricted content. A license is required for all other actions in Answers, including editing content, viewing restricted spaces and content, and administrating spaces.

    Currently, roles do not exist and each user/group is manually assigned individual permissions per space.
