Answers is Syracuse University’s knowledge base solution for all public departmental, college, and general collaboration content, powered by Atlassian Confluence Cloud. Even though most content in Answers is publicly available to anonymous users, some content in Answers may be restricted and authentication may be required.

An Answers space is a shared, organized area where a team keeps related pages, documents, and files together around a specific team, project, or purpose, with controlled access so the right people can view or edit the content.

An Answers page is a single document within a space where information is written and organized, such as instructions, notes, or reference material, and it can be viewed or edited collaboratively by people who have access.

A macro is a dynamic object that can be added to content (pages, whiteboards, etc.) to modify the look, feel, or functionality of it.

Answers supports Pages, Live Docs, Whiteboards, Databases, Blogs, and Smart Links.
