About the AEA Toolkit

Syracuse University’s AEA Toolkit is an online resource developed for those members of the Syracuse University community who work to build and strengthen relationships between the University and our donors.

Advancement and External Affairs staff should already have access to the toolkit, but if you or a colleague need access to the toolkit, please send an email to iahelp@syr.edu.

Changes

As of June 2024, the AEA Toolkit has moved to SharePoint. AEA staff should already have access to the AEA Toolkit SharePoint site, but if you or a colleague need access, please send an email to iahelp@syr.edu.

You will need to get familiar with SharePoint, but if you are still struggling to find the content you are used to finding in Answers, send an email to aeawebhelp@syr.edu and someone on the Web Services Team will assist you.

Information about other changes to other AEA resources

The AEA Training schedule and resources continues to be hosted in Answers.
Engagement and Web Services documentation (including the Email Reserved Days Calendar) now lives in the the AEA Web Services Campus Partners Teams/SharePoint site. If you need access to the documentation and do not have access, you will need to request access to the AEA Web Services Campus Partners team in Microsoft Teams.
The Retrievals Team documentation now has a dedicated section in the AEA Toolkit. If you do not already have toolkit access, you will need to email iahelp@syr.edu.
