Qwickly Attendance

Qwickly Attendance Tool Mode Options	Settings
Basic List Mode	Instructors scroll through a list of students with list mode
One by One Mode	One By One Mode allows instructors to click through students individually, traditional roll call
Seating Chart Mode	Taking attendance while also keeping track of where their students are sitting in class.
Check-In Mode	Instructors can allow students to check in to class on their own devices with a 4 digit pin or QR code.
Student Activity Mode	Attendance statuses is based on academic activity.

STEP 1: Add Qwickly Tool to your Blackboard Course Page

STEP 2: Launch and Configure Tool

VERIFY: Qwickly Attendance setting is set to “Hidden from students” (this is an instructor tool)
LAUNCH: Qwickly Attendance Tool
SELECT: Begin Setup
COMPLETE: Setting
Preferences
Attendance Statuses (present, late, absent or custom)
Grading (add column to gradebook & define points)
COMPLETE SELECTION BY CHOOSING ATTENDANCE MODE
Card Reader
Check In via Pin or QR depending on Setting Preferences previously setup
List via Batch or Individual Status with or without comments
One by One based on course roster
Or based on previously setup seating chart (more than one seating chart can be setup)
